Job Description / Responsibility
- Provide full IT system support & solution in all the field offices of Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT).
- Conversing with field user's regarding their IT related problems and analyzing those issues through Team viewer, Skype and resolving it accordingly.
- Provide IT support to the end users and solving technical problems in both a stand-alone and a network environment.
- Diagnosing field office Desktop PC and solving hardware/software faults and replacing the parts as and when required.
- Monitoring and providing necessary support of Scanner, Printer, portable HDD, UPS, Webcam, GP Modem, Headphone Printer Ink and Cartridge.
- Maintaining IT equipment fixed asset register of Field Office.
- Ensuring the data security, backup, and document of all IT users.
- Performing IT system Audit and Performance Enhancement for individual computers.
- Assist in providing new PC/Laptop Configuration (Adding in Domain, E-mail Configuration, Antivirus and necessary software driver setups).
- Checking GP Modem Internet bill of field offices and analyzing and providing report accordingly.
- Mobile phone tracking of field office users and analyzing and providing report accordingly.
- Analyze Nobin Udyokta Project Management (NUPMS) software requirement for further development.
- Monitoring network feasibility, such as, AP, Switch, Server, Printer, Scanner, UPS, etc)
- Communicating with vendor and analyzing the market to find out recent IT product price and quality.
- Perform other duties assigned by Line Manager and Management as and when required.
- Providing new IT solutions and ideas and testing and evaluating new technology.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc in CS or CSE / Diploma in CSE from a reputed public or private university
Job Requirements
- Three months unpaid internship program focusing on assigned work
- Must be available and willing to commit at least three (3) months initially for the internship
- Must have a creative approach to solving problems
- Good communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of self motivation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Working experience in IT field will be an added advantage
