Job Context
- A.G. Textile Mills Ltd. is a composite Textile Industry.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Providing Execution/ working schedule according to the design & specifications.
- Maintaining work program, design and following instruction of project manager/ architect.
- must have knowledge of selection of Finishing materials including granite, marble, floor tiles, false ceiling etc.
- Self-starter; a 'hands-on' individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction.
- Ensure quality of work & supervision of work as per approved design
- Managing labour/ Sub Contractor.
- Ensure completion of schedule work timely as per specification.
- Maintain site utility and equipment's.
- Providing actual built measurement, checking of sub- contractor's measurement & bills.
- Staying at site, maintaining site book, site inventory, attendance record and others.
- Preparing material requirements schedule and submission to purchase for timely procurement.
- Close contact with procurement.
- Organizing entire execution related requirements and ensure proper flow of work and handover the site timely.
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Verification of correctness of materials from the suppliers.
- Place requisition for raw material according to drawing & design of the project through concern Manager/Technical Head/Logistic Department.
- Monitoring of safety measures at site.
- Coordinate between project site & office for smooth decision making process.

- Diploma / B.Sc in Civil Engineer.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/Plant/Facility Management, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization., Civil Engineering - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile

- Age 26 to 40 year(s)
- Able to forecast Project engineering schedule.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skill.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
- Quantitative analytical ability.
